I can, however, talk about my design process!
OneDegree is an Insurance technology company transforming the insurance industry. Their key proposition of digitising purchasing and selling insurance will make the insurance experience quicker and easier for consumers and insurance companies alike.
I worked on OneDegree’s two core products, the B2B Internal Platform and their B2C Customer website. Within my core team, I worked closely with Product Manager and Designers. I also worked closely with Engineers and Stakeholders.
As one of the only UX Designers in the entire company, I have approached problems with an end-to-end design process.
I got to work on the following:
Business and product strategy
User research and analysis
Wireframing and prototyping
Designed one of the most complex sections of the Internal Platform, OneDegree’s core product offering.
Optimised the user experience of the B2C core product’s purchase flow.
Advocated for the user (as usual!) and Design best practices
